About The Founder

Swati is the Founder & CEO of Proodos Consulting, a firm she built to transform HR into a strategic business enabler. Proodos is her brainchild, born from her passion for designing impactful HR solutions that drive organizational success and sustainable growth.

With over 15 years of experience in HR management and business strategy, she has a proven track record of building HR functions, designing performance frameworks, training programs and fostering leadership excellence. She partners closely with business leaders to align HR strategies with long-term goals.

Beyond her corporate success, Swati is a foster mother to orphaned girls and an advocate for their empowerment. Her passion for supporting underprivileged children led her to start Proodos, with a vision to empower over 100 girls through education and mentorship.

As a leader, mentor, and people champion, Swati believes that the strength of any organization lies in its people. She has an innate ability to connect, inspire, and nurture talent, creating workplaces that thrive on collaboration, trust, and innovation. Her leadership style is rooted in transparency, empathy, and empowerment, making her a trusted advisor to both clients and colleagues.

With a dynamic career spanning over three decades, Raj Shetty brings unparalleled expertise and leadership to the organization.He has carved a niche for himself across two major industries – Aviation and Human Resources.

Starting his journey in the aviation sector, Raj gained invaluable insights into operations, people management, and leadership, holding various strategic and managerial roles for over 30 years. His passion for working with people and building teams eventually led him to explore the Human Resources industry, where he has now spent more than 15 years making a significant impact.

Raj specializes in Recruitment, Contract Staffing, IT Staffing, and has led multiple large-scale overseas recruitment projects across the Middle East and Europe. His global exposure and sharp understanding of talent dynamics have made him a trusted name among both clients and candidates.

He is also the Co-Founder of a leading blue-collar Contract Staffing company, currently managing a robust workforce of over 40,000 employees. The company proudly partners with some of India’s top 100 corporations, helping them scale through reliable workforce solutions.

Known for his people-first approach, Raj combines his expertise in business development with a deep understanding of human capital management. He is driven by the belief that strong relationships and empowered teams are the foundation of every successful organization.
